Responsibilities
- Provide on site interpretation (Chinese English) for business meetings, negotiations, and daily communications
- Translate company documents, contracts, marketing materials, and emails with accuracy and professional standards
- Deliver high quality interpretation services during client meetings, exhibitions, and training sessions
- Assist the sales team in communicating with international clients, facilitating business cooperation and order execution
- Participate in cross border trade negotiations, ensuring clear understanding of contract terms and business agreements
- Facilitate efficient communication among multinational employees within the company
- Provide culturally adapted translations tailored to the UAE and Middle Eastern market
- Maintain and organize translated documents for consistency and traceability
- Develop and update a terminology database to ensure translation accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- 3 8 years of experience in translation and interpretation
- Experience in cross border trade negotiations and business communication
- Knowledge of UAE and Middle Eastern market culture
