Job Overview
- Our client is a leading real estate and mixed use development group in Qatar, managing a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail assets.
- As the organisation continues to expand, it is strengthening its corporate services model to improve efficiency, governance, and service delivery across all business units.
- The Chief Shared Services Officer will lead the group's shared services strategy, consolidating and optimising functions including Human Resources, Finance Operations, Procurement, Information Technology, Administration, and Corporate Services.
- The role will establish service standards, improve operational efficiency, implement automation initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement across the organisation.
- Working closely with the executive leadership team, the CSSO will ensure that shared services operate as a strategic business partner while maintaining high levels of governance, cost optimisation, and internal customer satisfaction.
