The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment across business priorities, driving execution of strategic initiatives, and overseeing cross-functional coordination.
The role supports decision-making, operational efficiency, and execution of key organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO/Managing Director and executive leadership team.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of key business objectives.
- Support in decision-making through data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee progress tracking of key projects, initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and board-level materials.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.
- Manage high-priority projects and ensure effective execution across teams.
- Support strategic planning, business reviews, and performance tracking.
- **Requirements**
- **Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or executive support roles.
- Strong background in consulting firms, strategy teams, or executive offices preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or C-level executives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- **Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.**
