Role Purpose
Lead all surveying operations to support safe, accurate setting-out and verification for roads, utilities, structures, and earthworks, ensuring compliance with design tolerances and authority requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage survey teams and oversee setting-out, as-built surveys, and quality checks.
- Establish survey control networks, benchmarks, and calibration/verification routines.
- Coordinate with engineering/site teams on alignment, levels, and tolerances.
- Produce survey reports, as-built drawings/data, and support handover deliverables.
- Manage survey equipment, maintenance, and survey method statements.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years; 3–5 years leading survey teams on infrastructure projects.
- Strong in total station/GNSS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D (preferred), QA documentation.
