Job Description

  • Our client is a well established diversified group headquartered in Doha, Qatar, with a strong presence across multiple business sectors.
  • As the organisation continues its growth and transformation journey, it is seeking a strategic HR leader to strengthen its people agenda, enhance organisational capability, and build a high performance culture across the group.

The Role

  • The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the group's overall human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with the organisation's long term business objectives.
  • The role will oversee all HR functions, including organisational development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR operations.
  • Working closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership team, the CHRO will drive organisational effectiveness, develop leadership capabilities, and ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • The role will also lead HR transformation initiatives, modernise policies and systems, strengthen governance and compliance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all business units.
