Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards
- Drive financial efficiency, risk management, and business performance
- Manage banking relationships, audits, taxation, and investment planning
- Develop and mentor the finance team to support organizational growth
- Support expansion initiatives, partnerships, and strategic investments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in scaling businesses and driving financial transformation
