About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, governance standards, and reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities
- Support corporate growth initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic investments
- Lead IPO readiness activities and ensure compliance with capital market regulations
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, risk management, and internal audit processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 3 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role
- Proven experience working with listed companies in the Saudi capital market
- Strong knowledge of IPO processes, capital markets, corporate governance, and financial regulations
- Experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
