About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-growing FX/CFD brokerage in Dubai. The role requires expertise in offshore financial environments, regulatory compliance, and treasury management.

- Define and execute the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the board, focusing on ROI, cost optimization, and growth opportunities
- Support expansion into new markets with strong financial planning and analysis
- Manage high volume, multi currency cash flows across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee banking relationships and payment flows
- Implement effective hedging strategies to ensure liquidity and capital adequacy
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory frameworks (such as FSCA, FSA, and other offshore regulators)
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Structure entities and financial operations for tax efficiency and compliance
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company and client assets
- Monitor financial and trading related risk exposure
- Lead and manage the global finance team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles within FX or CFD brokerage environments
- Strong understanding of offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g., FSCA, FSA)
- Proven experience managing high volume treasury operations and multi currency environments
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial systems used in brokerage operations
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and treasury management tools
