Position
- Bangladeshi FX Conversion Sales Agent
- Location: Dubai, UAE (no relocation)
- Employment type: Full time
- Remuneration: Base salary + Commission
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products and service
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion focused role within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Goal oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into long lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
Requirements
- Native/fluent in Bangla, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous phone based sales experience, from FX industry, is a MUST!
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection handling skills
- Availability to start/join on short notice
