Role Description
Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the organization in a part-time remote capacity.
Oversee finance, operations, and sales initiatives in alignment with the platform’s mission and growth objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Set and review strategic priorities and guide business planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-informed decisions to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor senior team members.
- Represent the organization in key partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Manage time and resources effectively in a part-time schedule.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in finance, including budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Strong operations management and business planning capabilities.
- Background in sales, business development, revenue generation, and key client relationships.
- Advanced strategic planning skills for long-term vision, market positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Experience in executive leadership, preferably in digital platforms, HR technology, or recruitment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- High integrity, accountability, and commitment to inclusive leadership practices.
