Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations for 3+ companies under the group.
- Lead monthly and yearly closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Supervise cash flow management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and coordinate with external auditors.
- Handle intercompany transactions and consolidated financial reporting.
- Improve internal controls and streamline financial processes.
- Support the CFO with executive level MIS and financial insights.
- Work with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX / D365).
Requirements
- Accounting/Finance degree
- 7+ years of experience in finance, including group level or shared services roles.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial systems.
- Prefer experience with ERP platforms (especially Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
- Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
- A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
- Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
- Hands on experience in handling ERP Apps, MS Dynamics, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with accounting software and data entry
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
