- Prepare and cook various types of grilled dishes (kebab, shish tawook, etc.)
- Prepare and cook fish and seafood professionally
- Prepare Arabic salads and appetizers with high quality
- Supervise preparation, cooking, and presentation processes
- Monitor food quality and ensure safety
- Manage inventory and order necessary kitchen supplies
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Organize workflow in the kitchen and collaborate with the team
- Contribute to menu development and improve dish quality
- Minimize waste and maintain efficient use of raw materials
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in grilling and seafood in restaurants
- Proficiency in preparing grilled dishes on charcoal and gas
- Experience in cleaning, preparing, and cooking various types of fish
- Good knowledge of preparing Arabic salads and appetizers
- Ability to manage the kitchen and work within a team
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Attention to detail and high quality dish presentation

المسؤوليات
- تحضير وإعداد المشاوي بأنواعها المختلفة (كباب، شيش طاووق، أوصال، كفتة وغيرها).
- تجهيز وطهي الأسماك والمأكولات البحرية باحترافية.
- إعداد السلطات والمقبلات العربية بجودة عالية.
- الإشراف على عمليات التحضير والطهي والتقديم.
- متابعة جودة المواد الغذائية والتأكد من سلامتها.
- إدارة المخزون وطلب الاحتياجات اللازمة للمطبخ.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المطبخ والالتزام بمعايير سلامة الغذاء.
- تنظيم سير العمل داخل المطبخ والتعاون مع فريق العمل.
- المساهمة في تطوير قائمة الطعام وتحسين جودة الأطباق المقدمة.
- تقليل الهدر والمحافظة على كفاءة استخدام المواد الخام.
المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المشاوي والأسماك داخل المطاعم.
- إتقان إعداد المشاوي على الفحم والغاز.
- خبرة في تنظيف وتجهيز وطهي مختلف أنواع الأسماك.
- معرفة جيدة بإعداد السلطات والمقبلات العربية.
- القدرة على إدارة المطبخ والعمل ضمن فريق.
- معرفة بمعايير النظافة وسلامة الغذاء.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل خلال أوقات الذروة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وتقديم أطباق بجودة عالية.
