Where You Will Be Working Nasittuq supports operations across the North Warning System (NWS), a network of remote sites located throughout Canada's Arctic.
Working in the North offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure while experiencing some of the country's most remote and remarkable landscapes.

The Chef position is responsible for providing culinary services to the staff and third party personnel.
Work is normally carried out at the Logistics Support Site (LSS) or Long Range Radar (LRR) kitchen, but the Chef may be called upon to travel and work in remote Arctic locations with exposure to severe outdoor winter weather conditions.
This position is covered under the provision of the collective agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.) Local 2228.

Rotation & Overtime: 6 weeks in/6 weeks out rotation, 48 hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5x base rate.
