Role Overview
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the assigned specialty kitchen section.
Support senior kitchen staff while maintaining food quality, hygiene, safety, and station standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu items, recipes, and dish development.
- Prepare meat, fish, and other food types as required.
- Manage and train Commis chefs.
- Monitor portion sizes and food waste.
- Oversee kitchen and food safety standards and keep the station sanitary.
- Take stock and order supplies for the station.
Role Requirements
- Ability to prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within a specialty section.
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices and ability to maintain health and safety standards.
- Ability to manage and train Commis chefs.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 3,000–5,000 per month.
