Role Overview
The Chef De Partie - Bakery is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role prepares, bakes, and finishes breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to company standards and recipes.
Responsibilities
- Organize the bakery section, measure and mix ingredients, monitor baking times, and maintain consistent product quality.
- Assist with menu development and contribute creative bakery items.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards, oversee stock levels, and rotate ingredients.
- Support junior team members and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to meet service timelines.
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment and continuous improvement in bakery operations.
