Role Description
Work as an independent all-rounder A la Carte Chef across the employer's unique venues in Dubai.
Prepare varied a la carte menu items in a hygienic, safe, and efficient manner.
Give orders within the assigned section and follow orders from the Executive Chef or store manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any culinary degree or diploma is acceptable but is not stated as essential.
- At least two years of experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment is required.
- A la carte cooking experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, commitment to quality and customer service, and attention to detail are expected.
- Candidates must be immediately available in Dubai.
- Good food knowledge and HACCP familiarity are required; valid PIC certification is preferred but not essential.
- Computer literacy is required.
Package Information
- Packages are based on experience, with multiple openings available.
- Accommodation is provided on a live-out basis only.
