Job Description
Own the end-to-end chargeback dispute resolution process on behalf of travel technology partners.
Use AI tools for initial variance analysis and narrative drafting while applying judgment to complex discrepancies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own chargeback disputes from initial inquiry through full resolution.
- Gather claim evidence across multiple portals and analyze transactional data for root causes.
- Represent cases to protect revenue for partners and Plusgrade.
- Explain the dispute cycle to partners and internal teams.
- Turn chargeback trends into actionable insights and refine operational automations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience resolving chargeback disputes and gathering evidence from multiple sources.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Ability to query transactional data with SQL to identify actionable patterns.
- Experience building and refining AI workflows that replace recurring manual work.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and troubleshooting ability under tight time constraints.
- Ability to explain complex dispute cycles to external partners and internal stakeholders.
