Job Description Summary
- The Charge Nurse 1 supports operational excellence by ensuring effective execution of charge nursing processes which includes but is not limited to being accountable for enhancing workflows, patient safety measures, and team collaboration; providing mentorship and advanced problem solving in ord
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities (30%)
- Support the development and execution of midlevel strategic nursing initiatives
- Contribute to key organizational projects
- Participate in developing metrics and reporting on nursing outcomes
Operational Roles & Responsibilities (70%)
- Supervise team performance and mentor staff members
- Address escalated issues and oversee patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital regulations

- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes
Minimum Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
Professional Certifications Required
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse specialist. Certification in clinical specialty preferred.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 6 years of applicable experience
