About the Role

  • As Channel Sales Manager, you'll own the growth and performance of our partner network across UC and VC product lines.
  • You'll recruit new resellers and system integrators, deepen relationships with existing partners, and drive joint revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and grow a network of resellers, system integrators, and VARs across UC and VC product lines.
  • Manage and develop existing partner relationships, driving revenue growth, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Build and execute partner business plans, including enablement, certification, and incentive programs.
  • Generate and close pipeline jointly with partners across UC platforms (3CX, Avaya, Cisco, Mitel) and VC/collaboration hardware (Yealink, Jabra, Logitech).
  • Deliver partner training and product positioning sessions to build technical and sales competency.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partner agreements in line with company margin targets.
  • Track partner performance against KPIs and manage partner tiering and lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and vendor conferences.
  • Collaborate with pre sales and technical teams to support partner led opportunities.
  • Provide regular forecasting, pipeline, and channel performance reporting to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven track record in channel sales within UC, VC, or broader ICT/networking technologies.
  • Hands on experience selling or managing partners for relevant brands such as 3CX, Avaya, Cisco, or Mitel (UC), and Yealink, Jabra, or Logitech (VC).
  • Demonstrated success building and growing a partner/reseller network, with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Existing relationships with regional SIs, resellers, or distributors across MEA is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and pipeline reporting tools.
  • Self driven and target oriented, able to manage multiple partner accounts independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
