About the Role
Zen Interactive Technologies seeks a Channel Sales Manager to drive sales of display, AV, and acoustic pod products through resellers and specifiers in the UAE. You will build partner relationships, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard resellers, system integrators, AV integrators, interior design firms, architecture practices, and fit out contractors
- Build structured partner and specifier business plans with clear revenue targets and joint go to market activities
- Get display, AV, and acoustic pod products specified into commercial, hospitality, and workspace projects at the design stage
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial contact through active revenue generation and ongoing performance management
- Own and drive a channel and specification sales pipeline across all product categories
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and partner agreements in line with company margin targets
- Track project pipelines from concept and design stage through to procurement and delivery
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to design and technical audiences
- Represent the company at design events, trade shows, and industry networking forums
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in channel sales or specification led business development within display solutions, AV products, acoustic pods, or related interior/workspace products
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Experience converting design stage relationships into confirmed purchase orders
- Active network of interior designers, architects, fit out contractors, resellers, or AV integrators in UAE or broader MEA region
- Valid driving licence
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate without relocation support
- Comfortable presenting to design and technical audiences
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and providing structured pipeline reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred

What You Will Be Doing
- Partner and Specifier Development: Identify, approach, and onboard resellers, system integrators, AV integrators, interior design firms, architecture practices, and fit out contractors.
- Build structured partner and specifier business plans with clear revenue targets and joint go to market activities.
- Get our display, AV, and acoustic pod products specified into commercial, hospitality, and workspace projects at the design stage.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial contact through to active revenue generation and ongoing performance management.
- Revenue and Pipeline Management: Own and drive a channel and specification sales pipeline across all product categories.
- Work closely with partners and specifiers to generate, qualify, and close opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and partner agreements in line with company margin targets.
- Track project pipelines from concept and design stage through to procurement and delivery.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular forecasting and performance reporting to leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years in channel sales or specification led business development within display solutions, AV products, acoustic pods, or closely related interior and workspace products.
- A demonstrated and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch.
- Experience converting design stage or specification stage relationships into confirmed purchase orders.
- Experience selling Interactive Flat Panel Displays, video walls, digital signage, elevator displays, or kiosk solutions with recognised brands.
- Experience with AV and video conferencing solutions with brands such as Yealink, Poly, Logitech, etc.
- Experience with acoustic office pods or modular interior workspace products is a significant advantage.
- An active and established network of interior designers, architects, fit out contractors, resellers, or AV integrators in the UAE or broader MEA region.
- Holds a valid driving licence; based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Comfortable presenting to design and technical audiences; comfortable working with CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
