Zen Interactive Technologies is hiring a Channel Sales Manager to lead partner growth across Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, and Interactive Flat Panel Display solutions in the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new resellers, system integrators, VARs, and AV integrators across UAE and broader MEA region
- Build and manage structured partner business plans with clear revenue targets, enablement milestones, and joint go to market activities
- Own and drive a channel sales pipeline across UC, Video Conferencing, and Interactive Flat Panel Display product categories
- Work closely with partners to generate, qualify, and close opportunities, providing commercial and technical support
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and partner agreements in line with company margin targets
- Deliver regular partner training and product positioning sessions to build competency across the portfolio
- Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and vendor conferences
- Collaborate with pre sales and technical teams to support partner led opportunities and complex deals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in channel sales within Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, Audio Visual, or Interactive Flat Panel Display technologies
- Demonstrated and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience managing and growing a reseller, system integrator, or VAR partner network
- Active and established network of resellers, system integrators, or AV integrators in UAE or MEA region
- Valid driving licence
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate without relocation support
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and providing structured pipeline reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory

What You Will Be Doing
- Partner Recruitment and Development: Identify, approach, and onboard new resellers, system integrators, VARs, and AV integrators across UAE and broader MEA region.
- Build and manage structured partner business plans with clear revenue targets, enablement milestones, and joint go to market activities.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from initial recruitment through to active revenue generation and ongoing performance management.
- Revenue and Pipeline Management: Own and drive a channel sales pipeline across UC, Video Conferencing, and Interactive Flat Panel Display product categories.
- Work closely with partners to generate, qualify, and close opportunities, providing commercial and technical support at every stage.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and partner agreements in line with company margin targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular forecasting and performance reporting to leadership.
- Enablement and Relationships: Deliver regular partner training and product positioning sessions to build competency across the portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your partner network – responsive, commercially sharp, and solutions oriented.
- Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and vendor conferences.
- Collaborate with pre sales and technical teams to support partner led opportunities and complex deals.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience and Track Record: Minimum 3 years in channel sales within UC, Video Conferencing, AV, or Interactive Flat Panel Display technologies.
- Demonstrated and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience managing and growing a reseller, system integrator, or VAR partner network.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Hands on experience selling or managing partners for UC solutions such as cloud telephony, IP PBX, or collaboration software.
- Experience with Video Conferencing hardware and software solutions including endpoints, room systems, headsets, and speakerphones.
- Familiarity with Interactive Flat Panel Displays, video walls, digital signage, or broader display and AV integration products is a strong advantage.
- Network and Relationships: Active and established network of resellers, system integrators, or AV integrators in UAE or broader MEA region.
- Other Requirements: Valid driving licence – field based role requiring regular partner visits.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate without relocation support.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and providing structured pipeline reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
