- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances

- Develop partner enablement programs, training initiatives, and sales support resources
- Monitor channel performance, sales targets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to support partner driven growth initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and identify opportunities for revenue expansion
- Manage channel incentive programs, partner agreements, and performance improvement plans
- Analyze market trends, partner feedback, and competitive activities to optimize channel strategies
- Prepare channel performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, business development, sales, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing channel partners, distributors, resellers, or strategic alliances preferred
- Proven track record of driving channel revenue growth and partner engagement
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and go to market strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and business planning abilities
- Experience with CRM systems, partner management platforms, and sales reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and business priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
