- Melbourne, Australia
- Hours: Full-time. Fixed term role until December 2027
- Reporting to: People & Organisation (P&O) Director, ANZ Snacking
- We have a unique opportunity for a strategic and agile Change Manager to join our Mars Snacking People & Organisation (P&O) team. You will play a central, highly visible role in driving the change management strategy for our major Mars Snacking integration and operating model transformation across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
- Reporting to the Mars Snacking ANZ P&O Director and working in close partnership with our Transformation Director, you will drive the development and coordination of various change initiatives so that our teams are prepared to adopt new processes, reports, and systems, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
