Change Manager

Proven experience delivering change management within large transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders and delivery teams.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively across business, technology and programme teams.

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into simple, role-relevant messages.

Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, change impact assessments, readiness plans, adoption plans and supporting change deliverables.

Proactive and delivery-focused, with the ability to identify gaps, follow through on actions and maintain momentum across competing priorities.

Strong organisational skills, with experience tracking actions, managing dependencies and reporting progress in a structured way.

High attention to detail, particularly in relation to documentation, planning, tracking and reporting.

Experience supporting finance transformation, process improvement or technology-enabled change would be advantageous.

Relevant change management training, certification or professional accreditation, such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG Change Management or equivalent, would be beneficial.

Experience working in insurance, financial services or another regulated operational environment would be beneficial.
