- Support in developing and executing change management strategies for digital transformation initiatives
- Drive digital adoption by promoting user engagement and successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Support in conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments
- Develop communication, engagement, and change adoption plans
- Support training planning, user enablement, and change related awareness activities
- Monitor adoption metrics and evaluate effectiveness of change management initiatives
- Identify change risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Prepare change management reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders throughout the change journey
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in change management
- Proven experience in supporting digital transformation projects
- Demonstrated expertise in digital adoption
- Valid Saudi Iqama or Saudi Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced project environment

- Proven experience in supporting digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital adoption.
- Valid Saudi Iqama or Saudi Nationality.
