Responsibilities
- Provide full executive support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, business proposals, and executive summaries
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely execution of CEO directives
- Follow up on action items and monitor deadlines across departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Liaise with suppliers, landlords, investors, and external stakeholders when required
- Organize local and international business travel, visas, hotels, and itineraries
- Support project management initiatives assigned by the CEO
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, Managing Director, or Founder
- Mandatory experience within the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience preparing executive reports and presentations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Summary
