- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in managing a training institute or educational center in the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of KHDA/MOE regulations is an advantage
- Sales and marketing experience in education sector preferred
