Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and direct visits
- Promote G TEC’s training programs to individuals, corporate clients, schools, and institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business development objectives
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow up activities to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams for seamless customer service
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, career fairs, seminars, and promotional events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in business development, sales, marketing, or educational services
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build professional relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Candidates currently residing in UAE with valid residence visa preferred

Job Summary
- G TEC Education Institute Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and develop strategic relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market presence.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including calls, emails, networking, referrals, and direct visits.
- Promote G TEC’s training programs and educational services to individuals, corporate clients, schools, and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long term business partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow up activities to convert inquiries into enrollments and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM and other business tools.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, career fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or educational services.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer centric approach with a passion for business growth and client engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa (own visa/spouse visa/family sponsorship preferred) will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month
