CDL Passenger Driver/Low Voltage Field Technician

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement. No trailer/combination endorsement required — this role does not involve towing.
• Prior experience driving a school bus, shuttle, van, or similar passenger vehicle.
• Clean driving record; reliable, punctual, and comfortable driving a passenger van/bus on a fixed schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work on ladders, use power tools, and lift/carry/set up a 50-pound box or ladder as part of on-site training.
• Must own basic low voltage tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches) or be willing to acquire them.
• Flexible availability for staggered shift start times (as early as 5:00 AM) with an extra hour on each end of the shift for vehicle staging.
• Must pass a 7-year background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Requires proof of auto insurance.
• Strong, positive attitude and reliability
