Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to identify and report suspicious activities
- Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues
- Maintain incident logs and daily monitoring reports
- Escalate security incidents and coordinate with relevant personnel
- Handle and store CCTV footage in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Provide general administrative assistance to the department
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
- Support attendance tracking, document control, and scheduling activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or administration
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of UAE workplace regulations is an advantage
- Ability to work shift based schedules including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Overview
- We are seeking a vigilant and detail oriented CCTV Controller cum Admin to join our team in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring security compliance, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to identify and report suspicious activities.
- Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Maintain incident logs and daily monitoring reports.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or administration.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of UAE workplace regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
