The position is responsible for surveillance, premises security checks, shift management, and incident response.
Surveillance and Security Duties
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and security breaches in real time.
- Supervise and lead security personnel while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Manage shifts and support effective responses to security incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks of the premises.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly and decisively to alarms and security incidents.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience operating CCTV systems and monitoring live security feeds.
- Ability to supervise security personnel and manage shifts in accordance with security protocols.
- Ability to conduct security patrols and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Ability to respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
