The opportunity

  • The position is for a Social Media Manager/Content Strategist within EY Global Delivery Services supporting EY BMC teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end content and community strategy for social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and internal advocacy channels.
  • Develop compelling, audience centric content for various formats – social media posts, web pages, paid ads, PPTs, PDFs, infographics, and videos.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and publication of high quality content including social posts, leadership narratives, campaign copy, web content, and multimedia scripts.
  • Manage and curate content calendars ensuring consistency, relevance, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the content and community lead for social media campaigns translating marketing objectives into impactful content.
  • Own online community management including monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and fostering interactions.
  • Proactively manage reputation and social listening identifying risks and providing insights.
  • Shape community focused content and discussion themes driving thought leadership and trust.
  • Partner closely with BMC, business stakeholders, and GDS teams to co create content and ensure editorial quality.
  • Provide editorial review and governance ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Use performance metrics and community feedback to refine content and community strategies.
  • Support content led events and experiences through narrative development, promotion, and post event engagement.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, paid media, and marketing communications.
  • Strong understanding of the digital content ecosystem including EY.com, SharePoint, and employee advocacy platforms.
  • Proven ability to plan, write, and refine high quality content across formats.
  • Excellent editorial and storytelling skills translating complex business topics into clear content.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities including competitor analysis and trend identification.
  • Experience writing for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, blogs).
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop content aligned with business objectives.
  • High attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of analytics.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Adaptable, feedback driven mindset.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 10+ years of content writing, digital marketing and social media experience.
  • Thorough knowledge about content pattern and technical acquaintance with various social media sites.
  • Social media analytics experience.
  • Experience in working within a B2B brand.
  • Experience with key topics emerging in the consultancy and digital landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Comms, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • MS Office — Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Social media tools – Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adobe web platforms
  • Analytics tools
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus
  • Data visualization tools
  • Experience in dashboard creation (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
