- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and municipality requirements

Job Summary
- The Catering Operations Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of catering services, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, managing staff performance, and achieving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily catering operations across all assigned sites and events.
- Ensure timely preparation, delivery, and setup of catering services according to client requirements.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all catering activities.
- Handle operational issues and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings and understand service requirements and expectations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Prepare operational reports and service performance reviews for management and clients.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate catering staff, including supervisors, chefs, service staff, and support personnel.
- Prepare duty rosters and manpower deployment plans.
