Catering Attendant

• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring that conference areas are clean, professional, and welcoming.
• Prepare and set up catering food and related equipment in conference rooms for internal and external meetings and special events.
• Clean and maintain all conference rooms, coffee stations, and lounge areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
• Coordinate and place food and beverage orders for internal and external meetings.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure adequate supplies and provisions are available for meeting rooms.
• Provide reception coverage during receptionists’ breaks and lunch periods.

• Experience or knowledge in customer service and hospitality/catering services.
• Strong interest in delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding client experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm, as well as with clients and guests.
• Solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate clients’ needs.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management system.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on planned events; early morning, evening.
