- Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage vendor performance through structured business reviews
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and margin objectives
- Monitor category performance weekly and recommend trading actions
Requirements
- Experience in category management, preferably in outdoor, sports, or adventure retail
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute category growth strategies
- Experience with supplier negotiations and vendor management
- Proficiency in data analytics and AI enabled tools

Role Purpose
- Lead end to end management of assigned categories across Outdoor, Camping, Hiking, Cycling, Water Sports, Swim, Fitness and Adventure Lifestyle
- Deliver profitable category growth through strategic sourcing, assortment planning, supplier management, pricing, promotional execution and inventory optimization
Key Responsibilities
