The Kitchen Porter supports the kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen, equipment and service areas are kept clean, organised and ready for service.

Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen duties.

Keeping storage and work areas clean and organised.

Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.

Assisting with deliveries and stock movement when required.

Following all food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures.

Supporting the wider Hospitality team during busy events and services.
