- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers
- Greet and interact with guests professionally and courteously during payment interactions
- Handle guest inquiries related to bills and charges, resolving complaints promptly and professionally
- Perform daily cash count and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Prepare daily financial reports for the outlet manager or finance department as required
- Ensure all discrepancies are reported immediately to management
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding financial handling
- Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a cashier, preferably in a premium restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting
- Proficient in POS systems, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in English is essential

Job Summary
- The Cashier is responsible for handling all payment transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- The role includes managing the cash register, ensuring guest billing accuracy, handling cash and card payments, and maintaining excellent customer service.
- The position supports the overall operations of the restaurant and bar, contributing to smooth flow of service and high customer satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a cashier, preferably in a premium restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Proficient in POS systems, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language(s) is a plus.
Pay
- AED2,000.00 AED2,500.00 per month
