- Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate billing records
- Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommendations
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Waitress, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Customer oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Summary
