- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Arabic dishes, including grilled meats, rice dishes, stews, mezze, and traditional desserts
- Ensure food is prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor food inventory and inform management of stock requirements
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients
- Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Arabic Cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to prepare a wide range of Arabic dishes independently
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Arabic Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing authentic Arabic cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
