Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Filipino dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Execute large batch cooking while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation for catering events and special functions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and support ordering and stock management
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the kitchen
- Support food packing and preparation for timely delivery to event locations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the catering industry as a Filipino Cook
- Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Ability to manage bulk food preparation efficiently and accurately
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Filipino Cook to support catering operations by preparing authentic Filipino cuisine in a high volume kitchen environment.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong culinary expertise, consistency in food quality, and the ability to meet production timelines for events and large scale orders.
Key Responsibilities
