Requirements
- Around 3–5 years' experience in insurance, insurance brokerage or policy administration
- Previous experience supporting Financial Advisors, Insurance Consultants or Wealth Advisors is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience handling documentation, compliance and client administration
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Overview
- We're partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to appoint a Case Manager who will play a key role in supporting a team of experienced consultants working with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining client service, administration and operational excellence within a fast paced, international environment.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting consultants throughout the end to end client journey.
- Preparing insurance comparisons, policy illustrations and client documentation.
- Coordinating medical appointments and application requirements.

- Managing policy administration and case progression.

We're looking for someone with
