We are supporting a confidential global digital infrastructure platform on the appointment of a senior leadership hire to drive CRM and commercial systems transformation, based in Dubai, UAE.
This organisation is entering a significant phase of global growth, expanding across AI, cloud, and enterprise digital services, while building out a next-generation commercial and customer systems environment.
This role sits at the centre of that evolution.
The Mandate
- This is a high-impact, global leadership role focused on:
- Leading the end-to-end CRM transformation strategy across a multi-region platform
- Building and scaling commercial and customer lifecycle systems frameworks
- Driving global governance, standardisation, and reporting structures
- Partnering closely with executive leadership across sales, operations, and customer success
- Leading and evolving CRM and business systems teams globally
- Managing system integrators, vendors, and implementation partners
- Supporting expansion across AI, GPU-as-a-Service, and enterprise digital services
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking to engage with senior leaders who bring:
- Proven experience leading CRM transformation at scale
- Background within data centres, hyperscalers, colocation, or complex global organisations
- Strong exposure to commercial systems, revenue operations, and enterprise platforms
- Experience operating across global, multi-region environments
- A track record of building and scaling teams and functions
- Confidence operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce and broader enterprise transformation programmes.
