- Exposure to founder led, promoter led, or entrepreneurial organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives
- Proven track record delivering complex business transformation programmes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
