- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families regarding services and scheduling
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding approvals and authorizations when required
- Address patient concerns and facilitate problem resolution
- Receive and process referrals for home healthcare services
- Assess patient service requirements and coordinate care plans
- Schedule and coordinate home visits for nurses, physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure continuity of care and timely delivery of services
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Willing to work in the Admin section of a Homecare Facility
- Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
