Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for a newborn baby
- Assist with feeding, burping, diaper changing, bathing, and dressing the baby
- Establish and maintain the baby's sleeping and feeding routines
- Monitor the baby's health, development, and daily activities
- Sterilize baby bottles, feeding equipment, and baby related items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery and baby belongings
- Prepare and organize the baby's clothing, bedding, and essentials
- Accompany the family and baby to medical appointments when required
- Support the parents in implementing childcare routines and schedules
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Newborn Caregiver, Nanny, Maternity Nurse, or Infant Care Specialist
- Previous experience caring for newborns and infants is essential
- Basic knowledge of newborn health, hygiene, feeding, and developmental milestones
- Infant First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred
- Patient, caring, trustworthy, and attentive to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including nights if required

Preferred Qualifications
- Nursing, Midwifery, Caregiver, or Early Childhood Education certification.
- Experience working with Emirati, GCC, or VIP families.
- Experience as a live in nanny or newborn care.
