Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.
- Promote the company's event management services, including corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, weddings, and private events.
- Meet potential clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations and event execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
