- Perform children's haircuts for infants, toddlers, and young children
- Create appropriate hairstyles for kids
- Style hair for birthdays, school events, parties, and special occasions
- Calm and engage children to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable salon experience
- Consult with parents regarding suitable hairstyles and hair care recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all tools, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure children's safety throughout the haircut and styling process
- Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining salon inventory and report stock requirements
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional hairstyling or hairdressing certification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser
- Previous experience in a kids' salon is highly preferred
- Excellent haircutting and hairstyling skills
- Patient, friendly, and compassionate with children
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of salon hygiene and sanitation practices

Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, patient, and experienced Hair Stylist/Hairdresser to join our clients kids salon in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children, creating a fun and comfortable salon experience while providing high quality haircuts, hairstyling, and basic hair
Key Responsibilities
- Perform children's haircuts for infants, toddlers, and young children
- Create appropriate hairstyles for kids
- Style hair for birthdays, school events, parties, and special occasions
- Calm and engage children to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable salon experience
- Consult with parents regarding suitable hairstyles and hair care recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all tools, equipment, and workstations according to salon hygiene standards

Qualifications
