We are hiring Private Caregiver for a 04-year-old special needs boy in Dubai.
Job Location- Dubai
We are looking for a
Private Caregiver who is
responsible, patient, and caring
to support a 04-year-old special needs boy.
The caregiver will remain with the child at home, accompany and support him.
Job Responsibilities
- Stay-in full time and provide continuous care and supervision
- Support the child at home and at the care/therapy centre
- Assist with daily living activities (personal hygiene, dressing, feeding if required)
- Engage the child in activities, learning, and play
- Follow therapy routines and care plans
- Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
- Assist with mobility and accompany him to the centre or appointments
- Perform household duties related to the child's house.
- Maintain a calm, structured, and supportive environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities and progress
Job Requirements
- Experience working with
- special needs children or young adults
(Preferred)
- Have good Patience, kindness, and compassionate nature
- Ability to manage behaviour calmly and responsibly
- Willing to work as a
- stay-in caregiver
- Physically fit to assist with daily care needs
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Caregiver training or certification is an advantage
Preferred Qualities
- Calm and positive attitude
- Ability to follow routines and instructions
- Genuine interest in caregiving and special needs support
- Flexible and cooperative
- Minimum 02 year experience as caregiver for special needs is preferred.
