Lead the Outbound Hail Warehouse team and ensure finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on time according to standard operating procedures.
Ensure shift receipt and dispatch activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide cover for the Team Manager during their absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of activities.
- Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movement, or logistics.
- Experience in an FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution environment is preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory, team leader, or similar operational role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and stock accuracy controls.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, or other inventory management software.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lead teams, prioritize workloads, and achieve operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- English fluency.
