Responsibilities
- Perform testing on card management platforms including Vision Plus and Way4.
- Validate card issuance, lifecycle management, billing, collections, statements and customer serving.
- Test card switch architecture, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation and end to end transaction flows.
- Ensure compliance with VISA and Mastercard mandates, certifications, EMV, 3DS, Tokenization and regional regulatory initiatives.
- Manage integrations with Card Switch, Digital channels, ATM/CDM, IVR, mobile banking and payment gateways.
- Perform data migration validation, reconciliation and production cutover support.
- Perform migration reconciliation for customer, account, card, transaction and billing data.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Vision Plus and Way4, NI Core, covering card issuance, lifecycle management, billing, collections, statements and customer serving.
- Strong knowledge of card switch architecture, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation and end to end transaction flows.
- Hands on experience with VISA and Mastercard mandates, certifications, EMV, 3DS, Tokenization and regional regulatory initiatives.
- Experience with integrations with Card Switch, Digital channels, ATM/CDM, IVR, mobile banking and payment gateways.
- Data migration validation, reconciliation and production cutover support.
- Perform migration reconciliation for customer, account, card, transaction and billing data.
